Connect to your Solana wallet, in this guide we use Phantom.

Click Phantom and click “Approve” at Phantom.

Click “Initialize Voter” and click “Approve” at Phantom.
Waiting for initialization…(If it is stuck, refresh and reconnect will be fine.)

Key the amount of USDC you want to vote for Scallop and click “Confirm”.

There will pop out a window, click “Confirm” after you’ve read it and click “Approve” at Phantom.
