Solution:
Head over to the settings tab on the top right-hand corner of the DApp and switch the RPC node to “Shinami” or others.
Common Issue #3: Blue/White Screen Scallop App on my Browser
Solution:
This is usually a cache problem and can be easily resolved, we have 2 solutions for this issue and you should try both.
1. Hard Refresh Based on your device type
- For PC users: Ctrl + F5.
- For MacOS users: Command + R, Command + Shift + R.
2. Clean Site Date
Click F12 or Right Click a Find “Checking” and open the Dev Tool and click “Application” and “Clean site Data”.
Common Issue #4: “Dry Run Failed” Error A, Buffer Size Not Enough, Maximum Arguments.
These issues are because sometimes your address holds too many Sui Object of the Coin/NFTs the front-end gonna read, you can check how many coin objects you are holding at Sui Explorer (ex: SuiVision).
Scallop has some amount limits for the coin objects to have a good user experience and security issues, we suggest users decrease their coins objects amount is less than 30 by merging using Scallop Tools when they are surfing on Sui network.

Please try to divide deposit/supply/withdraw at Scallop into several times, maybe you can successfully solve this problem. e.x. 50*6+70, Scallop front-end has an auto-merge feature now.
B:
You can go to Scallop Tools (https://app.scallop.io/tools) and use the Merge Coin feature for the coins list below. That will help you complete transactions at Scallop smoothly again.
Here is a step-by-step guide on how to use Scallop Tools to troubleshoot:
- Go to the website “https://app.scallop.io/tools" and connect your wallet that is facing the problem.
2. Click on “Merge Coin”
3. There should be a dropdown bar prompting to select a coin. Click on “SUI”.
Afterward, click on the second dropdown bar and click on the respective wallet that you are using.
Once you have both, click on Merge All
4. Next, click onto the “+” button on the top right and select “Merge Coin”.
5. Repeat the same process above but using these respective coins
- SUI
- Coin (Wormhole Coins)
- SUI> (Scallop SUI Market Coin)
- Coin> (Scallop USDC Market Coin)
6. Merging each respective coin, click “Send”
7. After keep repeating 1–6 make all of your coin objects amount less than 30, your problem should now be resolved!
