Hey Scallopers, we are going to upgrade Scallop Fossil Decorations!
The story is Metaplex team added the on-chain metadata to all of the old tokens on token-list for helping a long time ago (Thanks🙏), but for the tokens which already froze the minting, they didn’t shift the authority back to the token creator, so we decide to mint a new Fossil and replace the old one! (Fossil Metadata)
We also want to thank all fossil holders for the previous hackathon voting and holding Fossils, so we decide to upgrade Scallop Fossil Decorations, and let it become limited NFTs🎉!
Scallop Fossil NFTs
400 unique Scallop Fossil NFTs is the most historic Scallop Decorations, it could be minted by Scallop Fossil Decorations. It will show at your Scallop Tank and has no practical usage, but maybe Scallop team will make it more useful in the future.
Usage:
- It will show at your Scallop Tank.
- The previous hackathon airdrop bonus SCA is still counting.
- “Scallop Fossil” Discord Role and “Scalloper” channel permission (Soon).
- More usage after we have a Scallop DAO.

From now till 2022/09/30, you can visit here to join the whitelist minting, it will only cost a Scallop Fossil Decorations and some gas fee and rents (about 0.0085 SOL) to mint a Scallop Fossil NFTs.
